WHO WE ARE
Realizing the demands of real estate transactions through years of practice and experience, a licensed real estate broker from DLSU and an Atenean Lawyer decided to put up TransferPH to serve the needs of property owners and buyers. Since then, this Blue and Green connection helped ease the conduct of due diligence, actual processing of titles, execution of extra-judicial settlements, drafting of necessary contracts (i.e. Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, and Special Power of Attorney, etc.), among others, for numerous clients.
With a highly efficient and qualified staff, TransferPH was able to successfully transact, for and on behalf of property owners and buyers, with several government agencies, such as but not limited to, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Register of Deeds, Assessors’ Office, Department of Agrarian Reform and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
